Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator/Programmer to set up, program, and operate Salvagnini P2 Panel Bender systems. This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, editing machine programs, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring efficient production in a safe manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate Salvagnini P2 panel benders.
- Read blueprints, CAD files, and work orders.
- Edit and optimize CNC programs (FACE/STREAM experience is a plus).
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3+ years of Salvagnini or similar CNC sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills and CNC machine experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift/overhead crane certification and Lean/5S experience are a plus.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
