As a result of continued growth and increasingly high customer demand, we have an immediate need for additional, highly motivated individuals for BOTH our Showroom Sales and our BDC/Internet Sales teams.
We Offer:
- Sales Representatives: PAID TRAINING of $3,000/mo ($750/wk) BASE + COMM followed by BASE SALARY of $2,000/mo ($500/wk) PLUS COMM-Sales Reps Earn $65,500/yr-$200,300/yr (based on exp/skill)
- Sales Reps - 5 Day Work Week, Closed Sunday & a Weekday Off
- Bilingual BDC Representatives: $2,800/mo ($700/wk) BASE SALARY PLUS COMM-BDC Reps Earn $45,200/yr-$65,700+/yr (based on exp/skill)

BDC/Internet Sales-What We are Looking for:
- Must be fluent in Spanish & English
- Prior high-volume phone call experience or call center experience
- BDC/Internet Sales or Telemarketing experience in ANY industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on a high level of customer service
- Strong sales skills to SELL the APPOINTMENT
- High energy, upbeat, friendly phone voice
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good computer skills, texting & phone etiquette skills
- Ability to use Social Media a PLUS
- Motivated, driven, good energy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, punctual, reliable
- Prior auto sales BDC experience is a PLUS but not required
Sales Representatives-What We are Looking for:
- Strong sales skills, sales experience in any industry (Retail Sales, Cell Phone/Wireless Sales, Servers and Bartenders, Door to Door sales ALL transition well into a lucrative Auto Sales Career!)
