Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restoration Project Manager specializing in water and fire damage products. Must be willing to do office work as well as in-field work. This position will take on a roll that has the ability to grow within the company. With benefits, uncapped overtime, possible company vehicle and gas card, we are looking to fill this role.
Duties
- Manage water/fire damage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Work with contactors when needed to ensure job is completed properly.
- Work alongside insurance personnel, agents, adjusters to coordinate timelines, scopes, and approvals for job to be completed.
- 24/7 response, must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Manage teams of 3-10 and ensure efficiency within the scope.
Experience
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety standards and quality assurance practices.
- 2-4 years in the water/fire restoration industry
- Proven experience in construction management or restoration project management with a strong understanding of the restoration industry’s unique demands.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques combined with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
