What You’ll Do
- Residential HVAC system installations, change-outs, and upgrades
- Install, modify, and overhaul furnaces, A/C systems, and accessories
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through clear communication and professionalism
- Leads will mentor junior technicians and foster a high-performing team environment
- Continuously expand your technical skills and stay current with industry trendsWhat We’re Looking For
- Apprentices: 2+ years experience in HVAC
- Leads: Experienced Professional – 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Leader Mindset – Ability to guide, motivate, and develop others
- Customer-Focused – Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Problem Solver – Sound judgment and ability to think on your feet
- Team Player – Committed to achieving shared success
Requirements
- EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus), preferred. Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one!
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work out of our Fort Wayne, IN location
Bonus Points For:
