Seeking a high energy, resident focused professional to help maintain an upscale 55+ apartment community in the Merrimac Valley. We are a growing real estate development and management company offering a generous salary, and an enjoyable work environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with: General Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, Exterior Repairs, HVAC, etc. Maintenance Tech will be responsible for responding to resident maintenance requests in a courteous, timely and professional manner. Ability to recognize and address maintenance needs and potential problems. Daily activities would include monitoring grounds and common areas for cleanliness, safety and repair needs, completing work orders, troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Driver’s license
- Clean criminal record.
- Past Property Management experience a plus
- · Must be able to participate in on-call rotation.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
