Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HVAC Trainee to join our team. As an HVAC Trainee, you will be responsible for learning how to install, maintain, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise in van driving, ammonia refrigeration, equipment repair and design, air conditioning, mechanical knowledge, refrigeration, field service, plumbing, and mechanics will be essential in ensuring the optimal performance of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities: Learn how to -
Will Start off learning dispatching and warehouse duties
-Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on HVAC units
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations or repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
-Current Graduate /or Student of credited HVAC school/training program
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
