Idaho Fire & Flood Restoration is 15 years old. We started with an old 1996 box truck in 2011 now we are 30+ trucks and have grown to a team of 50+ strong! At this position you will be a member of our reconstruction project manager sales team. You will be involved in setting individual & team goals. Everyday is full of opportunities to find win-win outcomes while serving customers.
Job duties include working closely with insurance companies and property owners; Project site visits determining the scope of work. Working with the customer to create a successful outcome by securing material selections and working with subcontractors and tradesmen. Able to prioritize the critical path schedule in order to get the customer back to their property as soon as possible. Must be able to lead crews, problem solve, schedule and meet timelines & stay organized with multiple projects at once.
Requirements:
- Able to work with mobile apps & computer programs for pictures, notes and documentation & spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of construction trades, Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, hvac.
- Able to safely work in construction environments
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Able to have fun while helping others.
- Attention to detail
- Valid drivers license & clean driving record
- Capable of climbing on ladders to inspect roofs
- 3+ years experience in sales
- 1+ years experience in remodeling or construction
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Able to work with customers after normal business hours.
