OnSite Media is seeking an innovative and motivated Project Manager to lead commercial AV installation projects, delivering on-time, within budget, and in accordance company and departmental standards.
The Project Manager will work with some of the largest and most recognizable global retail, restaurant, and hospitality brands, managing our complete set of in-store system solutions including music, audio/video systems, digital signage, content management, CCTV, and other complimentary services.
What’s needed…
- Self-motivated, positive in approach, superior organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge in project management workflow and AV commercial construction
- Understanding of AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques
- Ability to comprehend construction documents including but not limited to blueprints, specifications, and schedules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to create partnerships through great relationships with our customers
Responsibilities…
- Effective management of multiple projects involving AV systems integration
- Review and understand SOWs, blueprints, contracts and construction schedules to determine equipment delivery and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate project documentation including project reports, photographs, change orders, and contracts
- Negotiate contracts of third-party contractors
- Troubleshoot and solve project related issues
- Must be able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate with project stakeholders including clients, General Contractors, and subcontractors on a regular basis
- Respond to client, project team and internal team communications in a timely and professional manner, returning all phone calls and emails by the end of each business day
- Alert Operations Manager of any disruptions to project that may result in a financial impact or project delay
- Engage accounting and purchasing as need for project financial processes and equipment ordering
- Attend weekly team, client and individual review of all projects
Education and Experience…
- 3-5 years’ experience in construction or technology industry as a Project Manager
- Experience with commercial audio-visual systems, digital signage, CCTV, and control systems
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid and current CTS certification is preferred

Experience:
