What You’ll Do
- Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks: framing, drywall, finish work, and more.
- Execute caulking, construction painting, and fixture installation.
- Form concrete for foundations and structural elements.
- Install flooring and fabricate custom woodwork.
- Participate in restoration projects, bringing structures back to life.
- Lift and move materials and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Mentor and train future apprentices.
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman card or 5–6+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong carpentry skills with a portfolio of completed work.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Roofing experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and working in various conditions.
