HVAC Technician Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Communicate with customers about repairs and solutions
- Maintain accurate service records
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service in-field experience required
- EPA certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heat pumps, furnaces, A/C, boilers (helpful but not required)
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
