Hi, thank you for expressing your interest in this opportunity. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA, with regular travel throughout Pennsylvania. We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in residential remodeling, accessibility modifications, or field project management who is passionate about improving people's quality of life through safe and accessible home solutions.

The test is broken in 3 parts - cognitive, motivation, and personality. The first section is 12 minutes and it will require your full attention. The other two you can leisurely complete while drinking mate. Overall it should take you around 30 minutes to complete all sections.

Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager & Estimator to lead accessibility modification projects from the initial site assessment through final installation. This role combines technical expertise, project management, client communication, and warehouse operations to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
You will travel throughout Pennsylvania to assess residential and commercial properties, create technical layouts, prepare estimates, coordinate installations, and oversee warehouse logistics. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being both in the field and actively involved in operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on-site assessments of residential and commercial properties throughout Pennsylvania.
- Measure spaces, evaluate accessibility needs, and recommend appropriate solutions such as wheelchair ramps, stairlifts, and accessible bathroom modifications.
- Create clear technical sketches, layouts, or digital drawings for ADA-compliant projects.
- Prepare accurate labor and material estimates for private clients, insurance programs, and VA-funded projects (including HISA and SHA grants).
- Coordinate installation schedules with technicians and subcontractors.
- Oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and local building code compliance are met.
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and staging materials for upcoming installations.
- Track inventory levels and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral partners by providing compassionate and professional communication throughout each project.
- Perform project quality checks and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential remodeling, home accessibility modifications, or field project management.
- Strong understanding of ADA accessibility guidelines and Pennsylvania residential building codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and create technical sketches or digital layouts.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong estimating and budgeting abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and comfortably work in warehouse and field environments.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
- Willingness to travel throughout Pennsylvania for site assessments, installations, and project quality inspections.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice to Have
- CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) certification.
- Experience working with VA accessibility programs (HISA, SHA) or insurance-funded projects.
- Experience managing subcontractors or installation crews.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Yearly compensation: $70,000 - 85,000.
