Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Reconstruction to lead complex infrastructure reconstruction projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of reconstruction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Oversee project scope development, cost estimation, and budget management utilizing HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating tools.
- Manage teams across multiple disciplines, including subcontractors, engineers, and on-site personnel, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and safety standards while maintaining rigorous quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review blueprints, schematics, Civil 3D models, and contract documents to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless project execution.
- Coordinate construction schedule activities with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction site safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project documentation including reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs to maintain transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or reconstruction projects within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Primavera P3; familiarity with Schematics is a plus.
- Proficiency with construction estimating software like HeavyBid; experience with Bluebeam and ProCore is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance, safety standards, and contract management processes.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil design software such as Civil 3D.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating among clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Construction site experience with a focus on reconstruction or infrastructure projects is essential.
