Stephens Mfg. is hiring an experienced Welder Fabricator to build top-quality concrete plant equipment. You'll read blueprints, lay out and fabricate components, and weld to spec. Top pay for top talent, with no cap on pay increases for years of service.

What you'll do

Read blueprints, drawings, and assembly drawings to plan layout and procedures
Take measurements and set up components for welding to specification
Select the appropriate welding equipment and method for each job
Fabricate and assemble parts for concrete plant equipment

Experience with welding and metal fabrication
Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
