We are hiring Industrial HVAC Technicians and Industrial Chiller Technicians in the Houston area.
Locations: Multiple - Houston, Texas City and others (you will only have to work in one of the markets)
- Industrial Chiller Techs - $40-$60 per hour (we can pay up to $65 or $70 for the right candidate)
- Industrial HVAC Techs - $35-$45 per hour is the target range but if you have large scale Industrial experience let us know what you need. We can pay into the $50+ per hour range.
Chiller Techs:
The Chiller Service Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair chillers and their ancillary equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on chiller equipment to ensure they operate properly.
- Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing chiller equipment.
- Repair or replace parts on existing chiller equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration systems including refrigerant handling, instrumentation, control valves, motors, motor controls, motor switch gear, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), soft-starts, pumps, exchangers, filter and refrigeration controllers.
- Complies with company and industry safety standards.
- Position may require working up to 15% (no more than 300 hours) overtime throughout the year, as directed by the client and/or upper management.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
HVAC Techs:
The Industrial HVAC Technician will assist, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing HVAC units.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
- Repair or replace parts on existing HVAC units.
- Position may require working up to 15% (no more than 300 hours) overtime throughout the year, as directed by the client and/or upper management.
- Complies with company and industry safety standards.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Experience:
- Industrial HVAC or Chiller : 3 years (Required)
- Industrial Technician: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
