Position Overview
As a Concrete Flatwork/Finisher, your primary responsibility is to ensure that poured concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and visually appealing. You will work as part of a construction team to complete various projects, contributing your expertise in concrete finishing techniques. Pay range depending on experience. What this position looks like for you:

Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by setting up forms and applying necessary coatings.

Smooth and level freshly poured concrete using trowels, edgers, and floats.

Create expansion joints and textures as required.

Inspect finished surfaces for defects and make necessary repairs.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the installation process.

Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents on the job site.
Qualifications for an Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in concrete finishing.

Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
