*THIS IS A PART TIME OPPORTUNITY. We are seeking a highly qualified BSCE Project Manager who will focus on civil, structural, and architectural oversight, who will ensure project is delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure project execution aligns with the owner’s vision and requirements.
- Oversee all phases of construction maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Provide structured feedback on change orders to ensure necessity, cost-effectiveness, and project integrity.
- Develop and enforce safety and environmental execution plans; actively participate in site safety teams.
- Conduct regular site walkdowns to monitor progress, quality, and contractor performance.
- Maintain effective communication with project teams, governance bodies, and stakeholders.
- Review project plans and specifications; resolve technical issues and anticipate scope changes.
- Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation of project activities, designs, reports, and updates.
- Monitor costs, manage budgets, and report financial status.
- Ensure all project activities meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines.
- Deliver projects with a disciplined, structured approach in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of capital project experience.
- Proven experience managing projects exceeding $5MM
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead through influence and work effectively in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- OSHA 30 certification
- MUST BE A PE
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Proven ability to lead internal teams without direct supervisory authority
- Commitment to continuous improvement and change leadership
