Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams

Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards

Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and stakeholders

Drive project progress and proactively resolve issues

Foster a collaborative, solutions oriented jobsite culture

Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing ground‑up multifamily apartment complexes

Demonstrated success delivering projects $30M+ in value

Excellent tenure with previous employers - stable, long‑term employment history is essential

Strong understanding of construction means and methods

Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience is a plus)

Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Competitive base salary depending on experience
