Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Occasional Saturdays
Compensation: TBD based on experience | Weekly Pay

Criterion General, Inc. is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to support an active project in Seward. This role is project-based, with work expected through July, with the opportunity to transition to additional projects in Anchorage for the right individual.
Work is primarily interior commercial construction across a variety of building types.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry work on commercial construction projects
- Install doors, trim, base, casing, cabinetry, millwork, and hardware
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure precision in measurements, layout, and installation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Identify and address finish-level details and corrections as needed
- Follow all safety standards and site procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finish carpentry (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and finish carpentry techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Physically capable of working in construction environments
Compensation & Benefits
