Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and labor work, including masonry, frame carpentry, siding, roofing, tile laying, Landscaping, and restoration projects.
Duties:
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, siding installation, tile laying, and masonry work
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for construction projects
- Assist in the restoration of buildings and structures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry, including masonry, framing, siding, and tile laying
- Familiarity with restoration industry practices and techniques
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
