Responsibilities:

Extensive expertise in residential heating and cooling products.
A positive attitude with the capacity to maintain composure.
Commitment to professionalism in appearance, vehicle maintenance, and documentation.
Punctuality and reliability in adhering to schedules.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both colleagues and customers.
Perform system Installations, Change outs and upgrades
Capable of performing sheet metal work, building transitions, base cans.
Communicate effectively with customers and explain solutions clearly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

2 YRS Experience in HVAC or as a technician in a related field
2 YRS Experience in HVAC sheet metal, custom sheet metal
Relevant certifications or training preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug screening (excluding THC)
