We’re looking for an experienced Security & Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team. If you’re the type who loves solving problems, takes pride in clean installs, and enjoys delivering a top-notch customer experience, this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running service calls to troubleshoot and fix issues on existing systems.
- Handling project installations (mounting devices, programming, and making it all work smoothly).
- Submitting timesheets, updating tickets, and tracking hours—keeping things organized is part of the job.
- Working directly with our service manager and installation manager to keep projects moving.
- Helping customers and ensuring they walk away impressed with the experience.
- Spotting opportunities for the sales team—yes, you’ll earn commission on those finds (extra cash for you).
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial security or fire alarm experience. Must have up to date Security Contractor license or Fire Alarm License (RAS, FAL, etc)
- Solid troubleshooting skills—you know how to diagnose and fix issues without guesswork.
- Hands-on experience with mounting devices, low voltage cabling, and making systems reliable.
- Familiarity with Video, Access Control, Burglar Alarms (fire alarm experience is a huge plus).
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
- Ability to follow processes and SOPs—structure helps us all win.
- Experience with Brivo, Eagle Eye, DMP, Honeywell, and Firelite is preferred.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
