Our client is a successful HVAC/Mechanical Contracting firm that is well established and well respected.
They are confidentially searching for a sharp HVAC Project Manager with commercial HVAC project experience to join their team at their Nashville, TN location on projects that include boiler, chiller and heat pumps for High-rise residential, office buildings, Mix-use, Apartments, Condos and Hotels.
\*Compensation range is $100,000 to $140,000+ base salary (based on experience), performance bonus to over $20,000, profit sharing, full employee medical coverage, truck allowance, relocation/temporary housing assistance, 401k match, paid vacation, disability insurance, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.
Experience needed:
*Must have 5+ years experience as a Commercial HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager working for a commercial hvac/mechanical contractor.
* Projects focused on managing HVAC mechanical systems.
* Building relationships with local GC's and identifying bid opportunities
* Responsible for the coordination and completion of all designated mechanical systems/service projects
* Handling RFI's and change orders
* Addressing and resolving issues that would cause the project to fall behind schedule or outside of budget
* Ensures all safety and quality policies are being met
* Representing the company in a positive and professional manner
* Mechanical Design experience is a plus
*Facilitate buyout for project, Communicate with estimation department
*Accurately and efficiently track job costs
*Accurately and efficiently produce a budget for each project
*Attend all project meetings
*Assist in the training and development of Junior PM’s
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering is a plus or equivalent experience.
