We are a premier provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration solutions across North Carolina. From commercial refrigeration to commercial HVAC systems, our customers rely on our technicians for technical precision, rapid response, and quality service.
We currently have 50 employees and are looking to add an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support our growth. You’ll be working on refrigeration equipment, rooftop units, split systems, and commercial HVAC systems while representing a company that invests in its people and stands behind its work.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Experience with RTUs, mini splits, split systems, walk-in freezers, coolers, ice machines, cold cases,
- Conduct routine inspections and service calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls
- Document work using field service software
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC/R experience.
- EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license & a clean driving record,
- Must agree to a background check and drug test

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
