M.E. Flow, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic-HVAC Install Coordinator to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
About this role:
- Process Equipment records for Installs
- Process and file warranties with manufacturer
- Process and pull permits from local municipalities
- Data entry for jobs
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable invoices
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experienced with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office a plus
- High Degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to concentrate in a fast-paced atmosphere and meet deadlines
- High school equivalency required
