Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems at customer locations throughout Central Florida. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and the ability to safely and independently complete service calls using a company service vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC experience, strong diagnostic ability, and experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems at customer locations.
- Travel daily to commercial customer locations throughout Central Florida using a company service vehicle.
- Diagnose equipment accurately on the first visit whenever possible.
- Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
- Complete service reports and paperwork daily.
- Troubleshoot refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical issues.
- Use refrigeration gauges, recovery machines, vacuum pumps, recovery cylinders, and related tools and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Work independently while completing assigned service calls.
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicle, and work areas in a clean and professional manner.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC experience required.
- Experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- EPA Certification required or ability to obtain.
- HVAC/Refrigeration technical training preferred.
- Ability to work independently and safely at customer locations.
- Professional communication and customer service skills required.
- Valid driver’s license required for daily travel in a company service vehicle.

Pay Rate
Pay Range $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
