Go Services is hiring a Lead Refrigeration Technician to serve commercial customers in the Birmingham, AL area. This is a full-time lead role paying $40.00 per hour for an experienced tech who can run service calls independently and take ownership of jobs from diagnosis to completion. Responsibilities: - Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment (walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, refrigeration racks) - Service and repair commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, PTACs) - Lead service calls and act as the senior technician on-site - Communicate clearly with customers and keep accurate work orders and service records - Follow EPA refrigerant-handling regulations and safety standards Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of refrigeration and commercial HVAC experience - EPA 608 certification - Valid driver's license - Able to work independently and lead jobs without supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 per hour Location: Birmingham, AL (in person) Contact: Allen Burns, (205) 538-1061
