HVAC Field Supervisor

Yates Maintenance • Full-time • Little Rock, Arkansas, United States • $25 - $38 / hour • 3m ago

We Build Comfort. We Build Careers.
Most HVAC companies are hiring technicians.
Yates Maintenance is building professionals.

We are looking for experienced HVAC lead technicians, and field supervisors who want more than another truck, another schedule, and another summer of running calls until they burn out.

At Yates Maintenance, we believe great companies are built by great people — and great people deserve structure, leadership, training, communication, and a real path forward.

We are building a company where experienced technicians can grow into leaders, supervisors, trainers, project managers, operations leaders, or even future ownership opportunities.

If you are the kind of person who takes pride in your work, communicates professionally, wants clear expectations, and wants to be part of a company that is serious about quality, we should talk.

This may be the right fit if you are:

An experienced lead HVAC technician who wants to be treated like a professional.

A lead tech or supervisor who wants to help build people, not just run calls.

An installer who takes pride in clean, detailed, high-quality work.

A technician who wants better systems, better communication, and better support.

Someone who wants to grow into leadership, training, sales, project management, or future business opportunity.

Someone who believes professionalism matters even when no one is watching.

What makes Yates different?

We are not building a company around chaos.

We are building around standards.

At Yates Maintenance, every team member receives clear Professional Standards & Accountability Agreements, so you know exactly what success looks like in your role.

We use:

Software for scheduling, estimates, invoices, and job history
Checklists for quality control, documentation, photos, and standards
Company communication and team visibility
Inventory, truck stock, and material accountability

We believe technicians should not be left guessing.

You should know what is expected.

You should know how you are doing.

You should know how to grow.

And you should have leaders who communicate, coach, and help you succeed.

We are looking for people who believe in:

Ownership
You take pride in solving problems and following through.

Communication
You keep customers, teammates, and leadership informed.

Quality
You do the job right, document it well, and leave clean work behind.

Growth
You want to keep learning and eventually help others grow.

Service
You understand that HVAC is not just equipment — it is trust, comfort, and customer confidence.

Experienced techs: this is not a starter-company environment.

We want people who can bring skill, maturity, and leadership potential.

If you have ever thought, “There has to be a better way to run an HVAC company”…

That is exactly the kind of person we want to meet.

Supervisors and lead techs: we are building leadership seats.

We are growing, and we need field leaders who have these main goals in mind:

Coach technicians
Improve quality
Reduce callbacks
Support installers
Communicate with the office
Help build systems
Lead by example
Protect the customer experience
Develop future leaders

We are not looking for someone who just wants a title.

We are looking for someone who wants to build something.

Our promise

At Yates Maintenance, we build comfort for our customers.

But we also build careers for our people.

We believe accountability builds trust.

Trust builds great teams.

And great teams build exceptional customer experiences.

If you are ready for a company with standards, structure, opportunity, and a future, we would like to talk.

Apply today or send us a message.
