HVAC Service Technician — On‑Site
Pay Range: $35–$45 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday Day Shift 8‑Hour Shifts
Overtime Available
Location: Multiple Residential Locations around NEWTON, MA

Essential Duties
- Troubleshoot HVAC/R systems — diagnose comfort, efficiency, and performance issues
- Perform repairs and improvements within industry standards
- Communicate clearly with customers and present repair options and pricing
- Complete installations when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every job
- Maintain a clean, stocked service truck
- Attend company training and service meetings
Job Requirements
- 5+ years HVAC/R experience preferred
- Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing rooftops
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills as a lead technician
- Ability to read wiring schematics, controls, blueprints
- Ability to braze, solder, and perform high‑quality repairs
- Possess and maintain a complete HVAC tool set
- Legible and timely paperwork completion
- English fluency
