- Position: Roustabout Project Manager
- Schedule: 5/2, OT on call 2 weekends a month

Duties
- Ensure adherence to quality management standards throughout all support processes.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in project leadership and coordination.
- Ability to preform roustabout work when needed
- New Facilities Construction including wellheads, flowlines, transfer lines, tank batteries
- Cut, thread, install, inspect, and coat pipe
- Accurately read tape measure for accurate measurement/cuts
- Ability to perform roustabout work when needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Five (5) or more years Oil & Gas Roustabout Pusher experience with new Facilities/Pipeline and Tank Battery Construction and/or Maintenance
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in all weather climates/conditions
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Must be able to 5/2 schedule, work overtime as needed, with ability to travel upon request
- Ability to cover team member's roles when emergencies or relief needs arise
