About the Opportunity
We are hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians in Glen Burnie and Gaithersburg, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and servicing medium to large commercial HVAC systems.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Work on rooftop units, heat pumps, split systems, air handlers, and controls
- Diagnose equipment problems using appropriate tools and instruments
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble HVAC components
- Clearly explain service needs and repair recommendations
- Communicate with customers, supervisors, and team members
- Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures
- Complete work accurately, safely, and professionally
What You’ll Need
- Commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and controls
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
- Universal EPA certification preferred
