Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager specializing in Data Center and Commercial Projects to lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving project success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of data center and commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software to coordinate all phases of construction activities.
- Manage project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Oversee construction estimating processes and cost management to maintain financial control throughout project lifecycle.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Ensure construction site safety protocols are followed diligently while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and construction schedule coordination.
- Strong background in managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on data centers or commercial developments.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead managing teams in a construction management role effectively.
- Expertise in cost management, construction budgeting, and regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
- Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
