Position Summary
As a Subcontract HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential heating and air conditioning systems while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Our installation work primarily consists of Lennox and Goodman HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Install Lennox and Goodman heating and cooling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and homeowners.
- Complete installations accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service during every installation.
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous residential HVAC installation experience.
- Valid EPA Certification.
- Current TDLR Registration.
- General liability insurance.
- Reliable work vehicle capable of transporting equipment and tools.
- Must provide your own tools.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience installing Lennox systems.
- Experience installing Goodman systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and installation knowledge.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
