ELECTRICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR/PM

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Build schedules, track and document project changes and help guide a project from start to finish
Collaborating effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders on job sites to ensure projects are executed efficiently, accurately and timely
Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available for projects according to construction schedule
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, hours worked, scope changes and other required documentation
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately determine the layout of electrical systems

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in project management
5 years of experience in the residential construction industry
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail and ability follow-through
Strong computer software skills, preferably within the google suite. Familiarity with electronic note taking and documentation
Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with little supervision
General understanding of electrical systems, including low voltage applications and lighting control
Familiarity with lighting control systems and their integration into residential electrical systems
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints and manuals
Enthusiasm, pride and a positive attitude towards their work
Salary commensurate with experience
