Pay: $80,000–$250,000+ per year (100% Commission-Based / Uncapped)

Sunrax Roofing & General Contractors is a trusted, high-performing exterior restoration company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, insurance restoration, gutters, windows, fencing, painting, and exterior renovations.

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and self-driven individuals who enjoy meeting people and want to build a high-income career. No roofing experience is required—we provide comprehensive in-house training.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
Inspect residential and commercial properties for storm damage.
Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners throughout the project.
Schedule property inspections and insurance adjuster meetings.
Work alongside insurance adjusters when needed.
Present roofing and exterior restoration solutions to homeowners.
Prepare estimates and contracts.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate customer records in the company CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Represent Sunrax Roofing professionally within the community.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Structure

Pay Structure: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped earning potential).
Annual Earnings: $80,000–$250,000+ annually.
Payouts: Weekly commission opportunities.
Incentives: Performance bonuses and additional incentives. Top performers earn significantly more.
