Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems
- Water heater repair and installation (tank and tankless)
- Drain cleaning and sewer services
- Leak detection and pipe repairs
- Fixture installation and replacement
- Water softener and filtration system installation
- Perform plumbing inspections and provide recommendations
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain repair options
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Complete digital job reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License preferred
- Minimum 2 years plumbing experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- Experience with tablets and mobile applications is a plus
