What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, air handlers)
- Perform precision tune-ups and safety inspections on all major equipment brands
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Educate customers on system performance and maintenance needs
- Complete job documentation accurately in ServiceTitan
- Represent Apex with professionalism on every call
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience (not just installs)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills — you trace problems, you don't just swap parts
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Professional, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required
- NATE Certification is a plus but not required
