Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, installing, repairing, and restoring structures across various projects. Whether working on framing, trim carpentry, or finishing touches, your expertise will help bring construction visions to life with precision and quality. Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools to complete framing, siding, roofing, and interior finishing tasks
- Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, windows, and hardware with attention to detail and proper alignment
- Assist in demolition, restoration work including water damage remediation and mold removal to prepare sites for new construction or repairs
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction environments with knowledge of framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, and fixture installation
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels as well as power tools including drills and nail guns
- Experience with drywall finishing (plastering), flooring installation (tile or wood), and masonry work preferred
- Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, fall protection, and site safety protocols
- Strong communication skills; ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions
- Must be able to pass background check & pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
