Overview
We are seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a strong understanding of various carpentry techniques. This role involves working with wood and other materials to create, restore, and install high-quality products. The Woodworker will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects meet both aesthetic and structural standards.
Duties
- Construct, assemble, and install wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications.
- Perform trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings and trim.
- Execute cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize CNC machinery for cutting and shaping materials as needed.
- Conduct caulking to ensure proper sealing of joints and edges.
- Engage in metal stud framing for various construction projects.
- Participate in mold remediation efforts when necessary.
- Fabricate custom pieces based on client specifications or design plans.
- Restore existing wooden structures to enhance their appearance and functionality.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion within deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Woodworker or Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, caulking, and CNC operation is essential.
- Familiarity with metal stud framing techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of mold remediation processes is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks associated with woodworking.

Pay: $16.50 - $28.00 per hour
