As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and overseeing projects from the initial inspection through final completion to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Generate new residential and commercial sales through networking, referrals, canvassing, and relationship building.
- Inspect roofs and properties for storm damage and exterior restoration opportunities.
- Educate homeowners and business owners on the restoration process and available solutions.
- Work with insurance claims when applicable and communicate with adjusters.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage projects from contract signing through completion.
- Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Keep clients informed throughout every stage of the project.
- Maintain accurate customer records and project updates using company systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or outside sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
