## Job Description
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level HVAC Apprentices. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning industry.
Previous HVAC experience is not required. Apprentices receive hands-on, on-the-job training while working alongside experienced HVAC technicians. You will learn how to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
Qualified applicants may also be eligible for workforce-funded training programs that can assist with technical education, industry certifications, and HVAC skill development.

## Job Responsibilities
* Assist technicians with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs
* Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling systems
* Help complete routine maintenance, including cleaning equipment and replacing filters
* Accompany experienced technicians on service calls and installation projects
* Properly handle and maintain tools and equipment
* Keep work areas clean and organized
* Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements
* Perform other HVAC-related duties as assigned
## Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
* Able to work independently and with a team
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Able to lift equipment and work indoors, outdoors, in attics, and in other job-site environments
* Interested in learning a skilled trade and developing a long-term HVAC career
## Additional Information
Previous HVAC, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required.
