Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter/Finisher to support commercial and industrial concrete construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Build, install, strip, and reuse Symons wall forms and conventional formwork.
- Construct footings, foundations, walls, slabs, grade beams, and equipment pads.
- Perform concrete flatwork, finishing, screeding, edging, joint layout, and curing.
- Read and interpret structural drawings and project specifications.
- Assist with layout, grade checking, and installation of rebar, anchor bolts, embeds, and sleeves.
- Support concrete placement while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required.
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial concrete experience.
- Experience with Symons form systems and cast-in-place concrete.
- Ability to read blueprints and use lasers, builder's levels, and other layout equipment.
- Proficient with concrete hand tools, power tools, vibrators, and finishing equipment.
