Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Commercial Plumbing Warranty and Punchlist specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all plumbing installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills,, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Duties
- Prepare jobs for inspection and close-out to client and building department satisfaction
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams to address and resolve plumbing concerns effectively.
- Document findings and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Provide clear communication regarding the status of warranty issues and punchlist items to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during inspections and repairs.
- Prepare jobs for inspection and close out to client and building department satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
