Duties
- Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes quickly.
- Perform repairs on appliances including refrigeration units, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and other household devices utilizing hand tools and power tools.
- Install new appliances by following detailed installation procedures, ensuring proper electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and mechanical setup.
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventative inspections to extend appliance lifespan and optimize performance.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, maintenance tips, and safety precautions to enhance customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair or field service roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical work.
- Familiarity with schematics, , refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment necessary for appliance installation and repair.
- Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ability to operate equipment safely while adhering to company vehicle operation policies.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Experience working with electrical systems, refrigeration units, plumbing connections, and general appliance assembly is highly desirable.
- 1099 position.

Pay: $51,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
