ABC Comfort Solutions is a locally owned HVAC company servicing Middletown, DE and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced HVAC service technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, honest service and building lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
As a HVAC technician you will diagnose, maintain, service and repair residential & light commercial heat & cooling systems, including:
- Gas furnaces & boilers
- Heat Pumps
- Oil-fired equipment
- Mini-split systems
- Central air conditioning systems
- Light Commerial HVAC equipment
In addition:
Diagnose & troubleshoot HVAC system issues
Perform preventative maintenance & seasonal tune-ups
Explain repair options clearly and professionally
Complete service documentation accurately
Maintain clean & organized company vehicle
Follow all safety practices and manufacturer specifications
Assist with installation projects when business needs require it
Participate in weekend on-call schedule
Provide exceptional customer service on every call
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 5 years residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic abilities
- Professional appearance
- Dependable, honest & self-motivated
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Organized & able to manage multiple service calls
- EPA Universal Certification
