As a Project Manager you will:

Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- 5+ plus years’ experience in a PM role on commercial and multifamily projects
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of scheduling, contract negotiations and subcontractor management
- Preconstruction experience is a plus
- Degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Reside or relocate to Mobile, AL
