Positon Summary

Morlando Crane is seeking an experienced Crane Operator. Candidates should have knowledge and experience with hydraulic truck cranes. Pay will be based on knowledge and experience. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check are required. We offer a competitive benefits package, knowledgeable support team and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate hydraulic truck cranes and other complex heavy lift equipment on a variety of job sites
- Read and interpret lift plans, load charts, site requirements, and job documentation
- Set up and tear down cranes efficiently and safely
- Perform daily inspections, basic maintenance, and complete required documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and crew to ensure smooth, safe operations
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in crane setup, teardown, and heavy lift operations strongly preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- NCCCO crane operator certification meeting OSHA requirements
- Class A or Class B CDL
Skills
- Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong mechancial aptitude and ability to operate complex construction equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
