We are a growing general contracting company based in Montgomery, NY seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our Project Manager team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction management with hands-on training and clear advancement opportunities.

You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and field teams to support construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Maintain project documentation, reports, and files
Assemble documents for distribution including Request For Information (RFIs), submittals, other construction documentation
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Although initially an administration role, has room to develop into an Assistant Project Manager (APM)

Software Experience (Knowledgeable)

Adobe (DC, Pro, etc.)
MS Office 365
Bluebeam
ProjectSight (Trimble) (A plus can be taught)
Procore (A plus can be taught)

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills required
Valid driver’s license preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

Construction Experience
Project Management or APM skills
