We're looking for an experienced Roofing Superintendent to oversee projects from start to finish while ensuring every roof is installed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
Position Summary
The Roofing Superintendent is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractor crews, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers and crews, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
- Schedule and manage subcontractor crews.
- Perform pre-job and final inspections.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout each project.
- Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress.
- Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Document job progress with photos and notes.
- Work closely with production coordinators and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of roofing superintendent or field management experience.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (asphalt shingles required; tile, metal, TPO, or commercial roofing experience is a plus).
- Ability to read work orders and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing subcontractor crews.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and project management software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $86,512.41 per year
