Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, refrigeration, rack systems, chillers and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics. The HVAC Technician will work in various settings, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems for our clients. Majority of jobs will consist of industrial work suck as factories.

Responsibilities

Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts.
Conduct field service visits to assess client needs and provide solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, system operation, and maintenance tips.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
PPE and lock-out tag-out. (Training if needed)

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
Systems is a plus; ability to plumb as needed for installations or repairs.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
Strong mechanical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving in field service environments.
Knowledge of refrigerant handling procedures is essential for compliance with safety regulations.
