WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL HVAC/R SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR SERVICE TEAM. WE SPECIALIZE IN RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT & REFRIGERATION — FROM WALK-INS TO PIZZA OVENS.
PAY: Starting at $25/hr, and can increase based on experience, interview, and performance.
HIRING LOCATIONS: Steve's Heating and Cooling specializes in commercial services, with a wide range of restaurant contracts across the state. We are currently seeking a technician to join our Columbia Basin Market, which covers all of Western Washington.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnosis, Install, Repair, and Maintain:
- Walk-in / Reach-in Coolers and Freezers
- Refrigerated Prep Tables
- Exhaust Hoods and Make-Up Air Units
- Roof Top Units
- Pizza Ovens/Hot Holds/Fryers/Other Commercial Kitchen Equipment
SKILLS
- Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience with repairing commercial kitchen appliances
- Proficiency in troubleshooting air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to perform welding tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs is beneficial.
- A valid driver’s license is required for transportation to job sites.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
SCHEDULE
- Our techs work Monday-Friday with an on-call rotation for weekends.
